Below is my settings for the NTP and one of my cameras. Make sure your cameras are pointed to the BI machine's NIC address for the camera NIC.

okay now that I have this working I want to turn my Windows firewall back on and just allow the cameras through to get the time.
So I turned on Windows firewall and allowed nettime.exe and nettimeservice.exe, but that doesn't seem to be working, is there something else I should be allowing through?

Put the IP of your time server, BI server, in the cameras setting. Make sure that port 123 is open through Windows.
