Getting the hang of it
This video was a coyote attack on an unsuspecting cat from the neighborhood. (Spoiler Alert: the cat survived). A juvenile coyote got the cat, and it was a fight for it's life. A second juvenile coyote joined in.
The cat was able to hide on our front porch, and about 30 minutes later (after the coyotes left) limped away. The cat was not badly injured (minor cut) and was checked out by the vet.
Our residential neighborhood has seen a huge uptick of wildlife..Coyotes particularly, at night and during the day. "Nextdoor" app is full of posted sightings.
