Using a DS-2CD2342WD-i camera, in settings, why is 2688x1520 max res unavailable if capture mode is set to any of the 2 options ??
and why is max res 2688x1520 available on the camera but not in the NVR ?? each time i change the cam to max res the nvr output briefly goes into max res but then suddenly reverts back to 1920x1080
