Convert/Export not working

Hi All,

I am running BI 5.0.5.9 and I am having issues with the Convert/Export option.

it will export a file but its not the one I am selecting.

I need a file from 3am and I right click on it and select Convert/Export then tell it to export it to the desktop.
when it finishes and I play it back it's the recording from before the one I need?

does anyone know of a way to convert the file without using BI or is BI the only way to convert it?

Try pages 75-77 of BI's Help entitled "Trim, Convert, Export", attached below.
Hint: You move the green and red crop icons to select the portion that is to be exported or converted.
