It should record in one-hour segments but it is recording in one minute or less. Nothing is checked in triggers.
Any Ideas? Combine or cut video each 1hr

I had a recent update manage to change some of my camera-settings-record settings so that may have happened to you.

BUT - I found the problem
My 4T Data drive was FULL.
I deleted TONS and it is recording in 1 hr segments again.
My New set-up is 12T so I should have no issues, ever.

The problem is not truely solved until you have your "Settings-Stored" options properly setup to free up space when needed. The 80% rule works quite well.

Have your files write directly to the NEW folder on your new 12T drive. Do not jack with remaning the NEW, STORED etc folders as Sir @wittaj preaches regularly.
You do not need to use the Stored option as your 12T can handle it all.
Enter 10000 in the "Limit size" box. That's slightly over 80% of your drive capacity but close enough.
Check the "Delete" box and nothing else on that page.
BI will automaticaly delete older files when needed.
Attached are the settings and what the Status Storage will look like when the drive is full. Mine is a 10TB drive
