Connection/Permanent block

I mistakenly blocked a family member from viewing my cameras in BI5.
I'm not having any luck finding where to unblock them.
Any suggestions as to where the unblock file/folder is?

I don't see anything about blocked or unblocked ip's under users.
I'm looking for, see attached.
How to unblock from this list.

Settings -> Webserver -> Advanced gives you the option to limit by IP itself. Is that where you made changes before?

Nope it's not. But thanks for showing me that I wasn't aware I could do that.
I right clicked the ip in that image, then you have two options, temp ban or perm ban.
Maybe they get added to that list you showed me?

I don't know then. Are you sure they are being banned by IP and not by their username? Have you tried simply deleting their username and re-creating it?

Yep they're banned by ip.
I confirmed they do get added to Web server/Advanced/Limit access by ip address.
I can remove any ip's mistakenly banned there.
