Connecting a remote camera to BI located in different town

I have two homes. The first home (A) I have BI + 4 Hickvisions in same LAN. The BI "server" is connected to internet for remote connections (DDNS) with my iPhone.
The internet connection is with a normal mobile Huawei router with public dynamic IP.
The second home (B) I have the same kind of mobile internet connection, but no BI server, just one Dahua PTZ so far, connected to Huawei/internet. (actually I am about
to install it soon). What would be the best way toconnect the Dahua in B to the BI server in A ?
I was told that building a VPN from B to A LAN woud do it. I have to have two "VPN devices" in both ends A and B, and the B connects to A DDNS address.
The "devices" are mobile routers with a VPN-feature, both connected with WAN to existing Huaweis in both ends. The price is 250 euros for each.
Is there any other "smart devices" that could find each other in this dynamic mobile network, and build that VPN (or other) connection for the Dahua to connect to the BI ?
I bet someone has cameras in different locations, all connected to one BI.

A VPN connecting site a to site b definitely will work.
You can alternately use this: ZeroTier – Global Area Networking
There are threads here on how to setup zerotier.
