Double check your IP address when you do restart the router.

I did reboot it by unplugging power and by the gui button, My ip is still the same, it seems as they are static on my provider.

I do believe your router is still blocking the ports, or still blocking requests that originated from the WAN.

Have you tried changing the external port numbers to something different?

Try changing port 80 to anything else like 32500 or something on the external port. Then try checking that port on canyouseeme.

It is still blocked, I think it is the router, I have a Linksys I will try tomorrow and report back, Thanks for all your help Everyone!
