Conduit mount for DS-2CD2332-I turret camera?

Hi, what model conduit / cable mount do I use for the turret cameras, e.g. for the model DS-2CD2332-I?
The spec sheet only lists the wall mount, I just want a mount to hide the cables and run a cable with a grommet or conduit into the base.
