2.0TB SATA (2.0TB x 1) Hard Drives DVD-rom, Dual Gigabit Network/Ethernet Sound.

I received it and set it up and it it is quick as a hic-up. I plan to add a couple of more 2TB drives and create a raid to use. Any suggestions as to what further steps I might need to take? I plan to install Blue Iris.

Do yourself a huge favor and return in...you were defrauded. That processor is 8 years old!! It is a huge power hog.
You could buy a third generation hp elitedesk i5-3570 based system for as little as 100 dollars. That system will be more powerful (particularly because it support hardware acceleration, but it is still faster without it)....for 450 your could buy a much more powerful modern system. Your system will use 3-4 times the power of a more modern system which will result in $100-200 a year more in power consumption costs.
Canadacomputers.com IS A RIPPOFF.
