Since my company is growing, I'm looking into a company vehicle. I need a dual purpose vehicle (daily driver and service). Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Honda CR-V. Carry cargo. Carry passengers. Go anywhere 4WD. 25 MPG (unless you drive like me then you get 21 MPG).

I'd recommend the Toyota Hilux SR5 but you can't get them in the states. The Tacoma crew cab is the closest thing you have there

Right now I use my car, but I'm thinking of an f150 or 250. Something that can haul the boat to the landing.

Not sure what year range you're thinking but be careful with the 97-2001's with a 5.4 or V10. They liked to blow spark plugs out of the heads.

The new mercedes metris is my next work vehicle. I'm hoping MB with include the turbo diesel engine as an option but the 2.0 4 cylinder turbo gasoline engine is not bad. MPG should be high 20's with a tow rating just shy of 5000lbs. My 06 toyota tacoma with a 4.0 v6 is only rated at 3500lbs. You should be able to tow your boat.

Yeah I've got a 6000lb loaded boat to haul. Stated looking at f150 with ecoboost, but for that price range I can get an used f250 or even f350.

Got this for work: 2009 f350 v10 gas , 22.000 miles with hoist attached. (not my pic but the same body)

Of course it is company car, for me would prefer a 2014 and up Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4.

Since I'm a one man show, I'm thinking I'm going to take the plunge on an f250, but wife likes the 350 dually. For around town I already have a 4cyl car.

Good thing the company pays for the petrol. Isn't their fuel economy measured in gallons per mile rather than the other way around?
