Well, I just went down a rabbit hole from that link.
My bomb shelter would be The Bomb. Decorated with things that make me happy, perhaps a pool table or ping pong table. Heck, I'd put my theater room down there. Dual purpose so the space is fun and functional. Once Netflix goes down yer gonna need a local archive
