Cloudy IR Video

Hello,

One of my mini-dome cameras has a cloudy looking video when in night-mode. (see below). The camera is mounted to a drop ceiling tile.

Is this being caused by reflections back into the camera (perhaps from the side wall or glass door). If yes can I adjust a sensitivity setting in the camera to correct?

Thanks!

It's either IR reflecting in the inside of the dome, in which case you need to make sure if there's isolation foam for the lens it's seated properly up against the dome, or point the camera so you get as little of the left brick wall in the shot as possible, as it's probably the cause .

Thanks, I'll check that the dome cover is fully seated and if that is not it try catching less of the side wall.

Fixed! As suggested by Shockwave199, the cloudy IR footage was caused by an improperly mated mini-dome camera housing (apparently causing internal reflections of the IR)
