Clip recording not working since recent updates

Since the latest BI 4 updates clip recording not working properly.

With 24 dahua cameras, motion triggered clips consists of just a few captured frames nothing fluid.

No settings have been changed and are same as before.

Anybody else having this issue?
 
My motion detection clips are created on the laptop just fine, but I can no longer view them from my iPhone. My iPhone connects to the webserver, but the notifications page is blank.
