Have you checked your hard drive space? Is it full?

Had 8GB free on my C: SSD, not sure if that could effect it or not in windows 8.1 memory schemes...

Anyways, I did some housecleanup and discovered that windows 8.1 hibernation feature uses 50% of your memory in diskspace, or 8GB in mycase.. To turn it off use: powercfg /h off

WinDirStat is also a cool tool to visualize your diskspace....

I have been noticing that during the day when there is lots of sun and shadows, BI CPU goes to about 80% with all the false alert recordings. At night, BI is under 30% Im thinking that it's really a memory issue during peek times...
