Clip not showing in Blue Iris

Clips are being recorded but aren't showing up in BI or the web server.

This is a new server set up just to control my IP cams. All it runs is BI. When I initially set it up I had my doubts as to whether or not the CPU, an Intel G3460. I installed BI and ran it in trial mode for testing. I then decided the G3460 wasn't going to cut it and replaced it with a i7 4790. I then reinstalled BI and register it. Now the clips aren't showing in BI and I'm getting error 00000003 (not sure about the number of zeros) when I try to compact or rebuild the database. I've searched but can't find anything on this error. I've deleted the db folder reading somewhere that it would be automatically recreated when BI starts but it was not.

Does anyone know what might be going on?

Do you have the "show only clips from the currently selected camera" enabled?

It's probably best to email Ken at Blue Iris/Perspective Software and ask him @Sputnik.

Man do I feel like an idiot. Got a response from BI. They asked what the path was to the db. It was a drive that didn't exist. I changed it to the db older in the BI folder and now all is well. I have no idea why I didn't spot this. I had been all over BI for 2 days. :sad2:
