I found with Nmap that 12345 netbus ports is open. Does this mean camera has netbus backdoor?

Not necessarily just based on the port number. Anything could be set up to be using that port. Given that netbus is Win32-based and ancient, not likely. Doesn't mean that it doesn't have other vulnerabilities.
 
OK, thanks.

Do you know how to find new firmware to this? These are sold under different names, so it's hard to find firmware to it.
