Our HOA is looking to install LPR but they were directed to "Flock" camera systems. At $2000/cam/yr subscription, this is something they are hesitant. I am seriously thinking about starting a small LLC to fulfill the HOA"s needs on a LPR solution. They have been having residents complain about a lot of thefts, burglaries, etc.

The HOA is well aware on the surface a camera is cheap, but who will maintain, manage, monitor, review the footage. etc.
