I've been trying to find a way to add a custom logo and change the model number of Hikvision R6 cameras. (DS-2CD2042WD-I) Anyone can point me in the right direction? Or where I can find the software to do so?

yeah you should contact Hikvision as you'll require there permission/blessings to do such things.
