Change Default IP (Dahua IPC-HFW5431EP-Z)

Hello, I've searched and cannot find my answer. I am trying to install my cameras, but my network is not seeing them and I think it's because the Dahua cameras have a default IP address of 192.168.1.108. Herein lies my problem, my network is all under 192.168.0.XXX, so I cannot see the camera at all. I cannot figure out how to log into the camera to change the IP so my system will see it. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!

Solved: just manually changed the IP address of my Mac and then used a POE switch to power them and log in to change it.
