Right now BI5 is randomly picking 192.168.1.20:81 as the local UI3 address. How can I change that to say 201 instead of 20? I can't seem to edit the entry on the webserver tab in Settings. Thanks!

You have to give the NIC a static address. That can be done in the computer (preferred) or within the router in some instances.

Go into ethernet settings and using the IPv4 settings manually change the IP address to 192.168.1.201

+1^^.

@CedarTree I also suggest you log into router's LAN IP and set it's DHCP pool to end at 192.168.2.199 but first:

What is your router's LAN IP (shows up as "gateway" IP when you do what wiittaj suggested); it's likely either 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.254.

When you answer that question I have some more info and possible suggestions for you regarding IP addresses and your router.

Thanks - address is 192.168.1.1. I think I did what wittaj said last time I set this up and just forgot!

OK, thanks.
Log into that IP and set the router's DHCP pool to be from 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.199.
The router will then assign IP's to devices that are DHCP like smartphones, smart TV, tablets, etc. but will not assign an IP above 192.168.1.199.
Now you can use 192.168.1.200 to 192.168.1.254 to use for static IP's for IP cameras, PC's, NVR's, printers, etc. as you see fit.
