About a half hour ago spotted this Car/Door checker as I was tweaking my new LPR.

They keep starting earlier and earlier.
Just in the past week we had a 10pm and 6am events.
What was his backpack a toolbox LOL.
Did you call the police or would they do nothing? One would think they would come out if it is ongoing, but probably not.

I did not call the police, by the time they come he will be long gone.

I suspect even if they came with the kid out, it still would have been a drive-by LOL 
My neighbor called while the person was still in our neighborhood and the drive-by police was in and out in under a minute.
