[Personal Experience]
My dealings with the company were smooth and the sales rep was very friendly and helpful. There was no sales push and even though there is a 12hr difference they were very prompt in responding, usually first thing in the morning for them, late evening for me. If the products are good quality and preform within my expectations I would recommend them without hesitation.

Order placed 4/20/16
Order shipped 5/2/16
FedEx Delivered 5/6/16 (3 days earlier than expected delivery)

There was a few Chinese Holidays during that time frame, also the earthquake in Japan incident.

20160506_131737_zpsr22e4a0i.jpg Arrived in excellent condition

20160506_144426_zpsfw8nimth.jpg This thing is HUGE!

How much did you pay including shipping? Does it work with blue iris? Does it have auto tracking? Where did you buy it from, I can't seem to find it on aliexpress.

Right off the back, it does not have the "hidden" 95 menu :sad2: So no park feature.

I have to contact Cantonk, under the Camera Settings, I cannot view the cam the same time as I adjust the settings.

Also Lens Distortion Correction is grayed out. On my other speed dome it corrects the slight fisheye, but after looking at cams so long I prefer it...lol

One other thing, I had to use CMS to change the IP and gateway. Neither SAPD or IVMS picked up the cam.

Here is a comparison pic between the 2 speed domes I am testing. This cam looks like it washes out a bit more, IR is turned ON on both cams, but it made no difference with one off. Which is another issue, the Enable/Disable IR does not work. Only way to disable IR is set it to DAY mode.

Again all pics are taken at default except FPS Bit rate etc at max

How loud is it? I ask because I have a PTZ attached to a bedroom wall on the outside and I can hear it in the house when it moves.

the PT5AM22XH200 sure looks sharper...

am I confused, or does the 2MP cam look better than the the 4Mp one?

The 2mp definitely looks sharper, especially in the center of the image. This isn't terribly surprising at night though. Hopefully both are set to, say, 1/30th exposure and have comparable WDR and noise reduction settings though they're really hard to set the same between chipsets. It's more of a judgement call because there's no direct comparison. Looks like the 2mp has the edge at night and the 4mp should have it during the day.

I hear a WHIR of the motor when I am right next to it. I can barely hear it thru the back door it is next to.

I thought about that myself, they could be auto adjusting differently. I was going to try some manual settings and go from there. I do like the IMX322 beter at night IR image, BUT the Omnivison actually has less noise and better picture when set to DAY mode at night.

I'll grab some comparison pics/vids, with and without manual settings. Of course optimum settings may vary between models.

One thing I did notice about image sharpness/focus between the 2 cams, the 2MP has great center image, the edges are fuzzy, with 2 clicks of the manual focus adjust the pic looks good all away across.

The 4MP looks good all the way to the edge without any adjustments.

That's important in a PTZ because you're always fiddling with it. Having to manually adjusting the focus every time basically means it's only sharp in the center. Advantage 400.

Yes it is, still I think the 200 with the IMX322 is sharper such as with that roll of edging fencing in the center of the picture by the stump. Most of the time what you want to see will be centered in frame anyways, most cams have a fuzzy edge but this is a bit more than an edge.

I'm currently chatting with the engineer dept. I have to say they are willing to be there for questions and assist when they can. More then you can say about other companies.

I also know they offer a 2 year warranty, but shipping TO China can be to great of a cost, we'll see how things go.

The lower resolution camera seems to have much better night vision. Are the IRs on in these pictures?

No IR in the above pics, just a single 60w bulb porch light just above the cameras.

I edited the above post to say No IR
