OS is Windows Server 2012 R2, brand new fresh install.
Offending file is api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-i1-2-1.dll.
Blue Iris won't start because it says this file doesn't exist.
There are 4 of these libraryloader in the name listed in the System32 folder, however the file in question is not one of them. But when I try to copy it into the folder it tells me it already exists and won't allow me to overwrite it. This is with hidden files and protected system files showing.
This system has no other software of an kind installed. Just want to get BIU back up and running.
Any help appreciated.
