Cant get 2 cameras to work in configtool

I have just set up my 2nd camera and I cannot get them both to work in the config tool or view them both in the browser.
My lan is on 192.168.2.xx so I tried to set them both to 192.168.2.108 but they are both red in the config tool and when I pull them up in my browser I can only see one.
Also the config tool doesn't seem to let me change the ip of either camera.

You can't have two (2) cameras with the same IP address or there will be an IP address conflict; every device on your Local Area Network (LAN) must have a unique IP address. Unplug 1 camera from your LAN, log into the remaining camera, and give the remaining camera a unique IP address.
