Hi,

I have a Bosch PTZ camera NEZ-4212-CPCW4 that I can't connect to.
Bosch IP Helper and Bosch Configuration Manager finds camera with IP address 172.19.4.46 but cannot change with either Auto IP assignment or manual settings.
Pinging it at 172.19.4.46 gets timed out.
Also there seems to be no reset button anywhere on camera on board or near SD slot.

Any ideas?

Jack

It's looking like your PC IP address may still be set to the 192.168.1.x address range.
If that's so, change it to an address in the same range as the tool shows for the camera, and see if that allows the tool to find the camera and change the address as needed.

Not sure if settings are correct. Connected camera straight to another computer and powered it with 24VAC.
Bosch IPHelper finds it but still no luck.

Success!
Had the wrong range of IP address. Now can get the password page and hopefully Bosch can help reset password.

Thank you alastairstevenson! This is twice you saved the day for me!
