I have mounted a ipcam, and everything works fine within the own network, but cannot see it outside out mobile or other wifi network.
Ihave forwarded the port in the router and checked it but no image.
I use the TPlink router archer C5.
Who has any suggestions.

Welcome to the forum..lets start with the camera model?
Post an image of your routers port forwarding settings as well as an image of the cameras network settings.

The camera settings did not post...
Also, if you are placing this camera in a private area, I would be concenrned about port forwarding it to the public...I doubt the firmware is updated and there are likely exploits out there for it. You should be using vpn.

@wier500
1) change the http port on the camera to 82, to match the port forward setting....
2) change the primary dns to 8.8.8.8

I have made the changes, but still not possible to enter from outside, i use the ipcam viewer pro app.
Of course i entered my external ip adres
Did you test the ports to confirm that the ports are open? Who is your internert provider and what type of service is it? cable/satellite etc..
Try port 82 in ipcamviewer.
Also when testing make sure you are on the cellular network, disable wifi on your phone.

Are you able to view the cam using ipcamviewer on your local network? Or only via browser?

Something must be set incorrectly...if you would like we can do a teamviewer session and I can check the settings.

I have also a Foscam camera mounted and configured this cam in the ipcamviewer app and worked immedately ouside the local network.
So the router configuration should be ok.
Than it is still a mistery for me why this cam doesn't work

Teamviewer would be okay for me, i should instal this first i think, but after my latest reply, what do you think is wrong, it should be something in the camera i suppose
