Cannot get Rich Notifications to work

So, I've seen a few threads on this and most seem to have to do with port forwarding, or being on the WAN or LAN. I do not intend to expose BI to the internet and have both my external and internal IPs setup as my local address on both the phone app and the server app, and I am testing while locally connected to the LAN. On alerts for the camera I have rich notifications enabled, but all I get is a text only notification.

I am on the latest version of BI5, on an iPhone 12. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Unfortunately, you will need to open the BI ports to get this to work. There are forum posts on this going way back.
