Cannot get Push Notifications to work

Good morning,
I recently purchased blue iris and I cannot get push notifications to work. I have tried on an iphone as well as an android device and neither are getting the notifications. I have checked the box under mobile devices that enabled push for each device. I have no trouble accessing the server away from my home network and I have forwarded port 81 on my router. Anyone have any suggestions? I have emailed support but just wanted to get some other ideas while I am waiting.

Just double-checking, but in the properties of each camera, you also have "Send a push notification to mobile app" configured (on the Actions tab)?

Never mind I just figured it out. I didn't have the push notification option enabled under triggers. Still learning, but glad it is working now.
