Cannot download video in new IOS client

With the old version of the mobile ios client I was able to hit the video download button and watch for how ever long I wanted and hit it again and it would stop the recording and download the high quality video to my phone. With the updated mobile client I see the video icon which I think is for the download function in the bottom left of the mobile app but its grayed out. The download a still works fine but no video download. Is this a bug or feature limitation with the new client? Thanks
 
Are you talking about capturing the live stream?

In live stream view that button is grayed out for me but when watching a clip it’s enabled so that a portion of the recorded clip can be saved to the phone.
