Cannot connect to BI via wan until my PC logged in?

My PC reboots every 24 hrs. BI runs as a service.

When I try to connect from WAN via the BI app, not connecting. I have to actually remote into my PC and log in before BI kicks off and accepts wan connections.

What is the fix to this? I should not have to log into my PC to access BI server.
 
So the solution is to leave my unattended PC logged in and open in my house and then BI will connect. kind of defeats the purpose of running BI as a service don't you think?

No, one has nothing to do with the other...you can also set the screen to lock after 1 min...
What are you afraid is going to happen to your BI pc logged in your house?
Regardless, it should startup before log in if running as a service..try disabling the service and reenable it and see if it helps.
