Cannot connect remotely anymore.

Hi.

I've been running BI for 5-6 yrs now and all of a sudden my mobile app and web viewer won't connect anymore.

Nothing changed.

I tried to reset my modem/router and re applying my forward and server IP but it didn't fixed the problem.

IP is ok. Forward is ok. Everything is up to date. Server have a reserved lan IP.

Any ideas !?

1) are you using a VPN ?
2) do you have antivirus and/or a firewall on the BI server ?
3) from the mobile device can you ping the router ?
4) will the mobile app connect when at home via wifi ?
 
Thanks for answering. Turns out it was windows firewall suddenly blocking BI.
