Cannot connect IP Cam to Router

My Router is xfinity and I use the Hikvision ip camera with a Cisco POE switch. I cannot get the ip camera or the switch to connect with the router.
Can someone please help me configure this process? I use a Mac, but I can boot to Windows-7.

XFinity routers and gateways work on the 10.x.x.x network/IP range. Assure you have everything setup and configured to be in the same IP segment as your router.

The switch only works 192.x.x.x
