Cannot change Main stream video settings

Maybe I'm overlooking something simple, but I can't change any of the Main stream video settings, when I try I get a "device error." message. I can change the settings on the sub and third stream.

I am logged in as the admin, I also tried creating another operator account with full access and still could not change them.

Anyone want to point out the thing I'm overlooking so I can do the Homer Simpson DOH!

Yes, i have same bug with camera DS-2CD3T45 with firmware 5.3.6.
I find part solution to this bug.
1. First change resolution from "advanced settinngs" > picture(image) settings" > and change desired resolution first from this side.
2. go to change desired resolution to main stream from video/audio section.

maybe is good to disable WDR. WDR bug all to sett camera properly. Аccording to me is used wrong firmware /multilanguage fw wich in included Real WDR, no DWDR, because in chinese version camera there are only DWDR, no Real WDR 120db/

This is my opinion

No luck, only place to change resolution is on this menu. Changing any of these settings and I receive the error on the bottom right. I've emailed the seller but have not heard back yet. cam.png
 
go first in Image section>display settings>Capture Mode change desired resolution - example 2mpx
back to Video/Audio section and change - example to same resolution in case 2 mpx.
