Can you do a direct IP Video call to a HIKVISION cam?

in the past I used a grandstream GXV3240 IP Video phone to do direct IP video calls to a grandstream IP cam (via SIP in my homenetwork).

is this something you can do to all HIKVISION cams or only with the specific door station cams?
