Can not connect to a new camera

I just received a new HDW5231R-Z camera and am trying to configure it. I run the IP config tool and the tool will see the camera but when i try to configure a different IP address and new password it comes back and says it can not connect. I have tried both IP config versions 4.05 and 3.20, both versions come back and say they can not connect to the camera. See the attached screen shots. I have 3 Hikvision cameras on my system and had no problem setting them up. Am i missing something or might the camera be defective.

What ip is your PC? The screen says that it is on a different segment

Thanks for your help. I changed my IP address on my PC,now all is well. That's why I love this site, great bunch of people always ready to help
