Can I Upgrade International Version Firmware on DS-7616NI-I2?

Hi,

I do not which region of NVR, DS-7616NI-I2, I have. SN is 16P1620160706CCRRxxxxxxxxWCVU. Currently, it's running 3.4.62. I checked the Hikvision USA site, their latest version is 3.4.3 about 39.4MB. I checked Hikvision European, the latest is 3.4.92 about 16.3MB. I supposed my installer upgraded the firmware from Hikvision European site to get it running firmware version 4.3.62, which Hikvision European site has. Can I go ahead with the upgrade to 3.4.92 from the Hikvision European site? Another question is why US firmware is a lot larger than the one in European site?

If you do decide to update - you've linked to the wrong firmware source.
You have specified an 'I-series' NVR, not an 'E-series' NVR. Not the same hardware at all.
A clue could be in the different file size ...
