Can I Increase The FPS In UI3 "All Cameras" View?

I am using UI3 on my iPad and the fps for the all cameras/grid view is 5fps. Selecting a single camera view gives the max fps but is there any way to increase the fps for the all camera view?

yes. Click on the gear icon in the server software on the top right.
 
Found the gear icon and went into setting but I'm not sure what to change. I didn't see anything that listed fps.
 
When you click the gear icon the window should show Default max FPS at the top right.

I am clicking the three dots next to the camera in the top right corner. Then the gear that says UI Settings. Am I in the wrong spot?
