Can I delete NVR Default User account?

What use is a default user account if I'm the only one using the NVR? Can I just delete it? Can I change the '888888' user name?

you can change the passwords and thats it.. password for 888888 is the same as username and default is proabibly: tluafed

Thanks, but I already took care of the admin and 888888 the very first day I got the unit. Will try deleting the default user account.
