Can I custom build Liveview screens (join, etc) in Android app?

I am trying to figure out the differences in the iVMS Windows Client and iVMS Android App. In particular, with respect to customizing Liveview screens: can I build custom views which include joining multiple squares in Android as it can be done in the Windows client?
