Can Dahua cameras stream to youtube using H.265?

Apparently for about a year now, YouTube accepts H.265 for livestreams.

Has anyone been able to get their Dahua camera to successfully stream to youtube using h.265 compression?

i have 5 cameras streaming live 24/7 to youtube.com using rtmp and use H.264H i wish i could get H.265 to work
