Can anyone recommend a wifi ONVIF camera which can focus really closely?

I'm hoping to find a camera with these features, so that I can easily monitor things like a fish tank, or my laser cutter, or what's on a gadget screen somewhere.

• Wifi
• Onvif compatible so I can use it with my LTS NVR
• Can focus as close as a few inches
• FOV: anything wide-ish
• Inexpensive! This isn't worth a few hundred bucks to me, but maybe as much as $100

I don't need low-light or IR.

Any leads? I struck out at Amazon.
