I upgraded a remote version of BI4 to 5 in a weekend that I was there. Worked fine. Different for sure! But, once I figured out how things were moved around, no question, 5 is the better choice. Now, there may have been some choice words occasionally as I couldn't find things, but it is better and more intuitive. I am hardly a BI expert, really a casual user, but I find 5 better. I also have found support to be top notch. But, as with most software support, you have to figure out how to explain what is going on to folks who know the system inside and out. So explain your issues in detail, absurd detail, to ensure that they understand what you are thinking when you are looking at the menu or results.
