Can’t Load UI3

Hi all!
Recently setup BI, and it appears all is working correct except that I can’t get UI3 to load. I can see the interface but this error keeps popping up. Any ideas?

For the user that you're logging in with, make sure that "Limit to camera groups", is UNchecked.
