Cameras not being detected after reinstall

Hello everyone, I have a bit of a dilemma. I was running BI for 6-7 months without issue when the PC I was using just died. I replaced it with a new one and reinstalled BI, but now the cameras are not being detected. They are not found if I choose to detect them, and if I manually type in their IP I can still get no video signal from either camera. Depending on the settings I may sometimes get a small green box. I have not made any changes at all to the cameras, they are still exactly how they were before the first pc died. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I changed the camera model but there was no difference. Now, one of the cameras is working, but the other one still shows that green box with the exact same settings. Im thinking it may be an issue with the camera. I am going to create a new post to discuss it.
