Do any of the Dahua camera stream directly to an internet URL? I would like to stream directly to a cloud based service. I have a 300MB internet connection that I can upgrade to 1GB so I am not worried about saturating my internet connection.

Your upload is slower and is what matters.
Cameras aren't generally designed to stream to cloud services. You can connect over rtsp from a cloud based server just like you can a local one, but doing it securely is a lot harder. Most live streaming to things like youtube live or ustream is done using using software running on a computer or rPi that converts and pushes the video to these services.
