I have two ip cameras that worked flawless for years until 3 days ago one of them stopped working. I have no idea what to do. Is it because I have to upgrade the software? I bought the BI software in 2017 or 2018. I'll provide additional information if needed
Are the LEDs on the POE switch indicating the same for both cams?
Can you mark the cables at the switch then swap them to see if the problem follows a port on the switch?
