Camera setting recommendations for a sky/sunset camera

Hi All,

Thanks for all great info on this forum. I have a Loryta IPC-B5442E-ZE 4MP Starlight+ that I am testing, eventually it will end up doing other jobs as my test camera.

Today I wanna figure out good settings for a sky/sunset camera. It's on a test rig in my backyard. (See attachment) Also, attached are my current video encoder settings.

What are your suggested video and condition settings for something like this?
