Camera not viewable in main BI interface

Hello,

I've looked through several posts, but don't seem to be able to find the solution to my problem :(

I have one camera that is no longer viewable on my main BI interface, but is there on my iOS device, as well as the web interface.

Steps checked:

  1. I have minimized the screen and looked for another window on the desktop, but there doesn't seem to be any.
  2. I only see one BI item on the taskbar.
  3. Show hidden cameras is checked (I have turned off and on several times with no difference).
  4. I have restarted BI.
  5. All cameras is selected in the dropdown below the viewing pane.
I'm not sure what else to do to try to get the camera back.

Any help would be appreciated.

How many cameras do you have in total?
 
Hi Fenderman,

There are a total of 8 cameras. I can see them everywhere except on the BI main interface.
