Camera not starting on rest.

I have just bought an Evtevision ES-IPV506DS. It has setup as expected and works well on Blue Iris 5. However, when I reset my computer it does not connect. I have to go to Camera settings / Video / Configure then "OK" back out. It then works fine.

Any suggestions as to how I can get it to re-connect on startup?

Assign unique, static IP's to the NVR LAN and to the Blue Iris server, both in the same subnet, but outside of your router's DHCP pool of IP's that it uses to assign IP's to DHCP devices.

Also, in Blue Iris, on the camera used for the NVR's "Video" => "Configure" page, be use to check "Skip initial MAC, HTTP, DNS reachability tests".
